What is The FDC Library? It is a work in progress dedicated to the advancement of First Day Cover Collecting. Like a traditional brick and mortar library without the travel, The FDC Library will house a multitude of information including Cachet Maker Biographies, Scott Number Census', How To's, Topical Studies, Stories, etc. As the articles and stories grow, so will the features of The FDC Library.
